Cha Dao — the Way of Tea.

Tea ceremony is a space where we can slow down outside of the demanding pace of day-to-day life and settle into a quiet, grounded place inside ourselves, held by ritual and with the medicine of Tea as our guide. 

Tea is a gentle teacher who meets us exactly where we are, clearing a pathway to stillness, presence, remembrance and a sense of profound connection. The ancient ritual of Cha Dao, or "the way of tea", is about living life in harmony with nature and ceremonially unifies all the elements in a dance of water, fire, earth and space. The ceremony itself will be held in silence to mindfully tune into ourselves, our breath, our senses, and the wisdom of the tea — slowing our minds, opening our hearts, and enlivening our spirits with a deeper connection to self, nature and each other. 

Each ceremony is unique and deeply moving. Limited to 8 to keep the intimate nature of the practice flowing.

Weekly Tea Ceremonies—

Each week I serve tea in my private healing space in North Laguna Beach. Tea sits are limited to 5ppl to keep the intimate nature of the practice flowing. See below schedule and reserve your cushion!

Private Tea Ceremonies—

Private group ceremonies can be booked at a location of your choice. Ceremonies are a beautiful addition to any special celebration, corporate event or retreat. Limited to 8ppl. Please contact me directly to book a private ceremony.
