As a very heart-centered intuitive channel, reiki master teacher and sound healer, I’ve always been a highly sensitive person with a strong inner pull to help others.
After burnout from a very successful yet VERY stressful 20 year career in marketing + branding, I turned to Reiki and other divine healing modalities to help me find true alignment, empowerment, and freedom in all aspects of my life.
My personal self-love journey gave me the power to breathe light into every corner and aspect of my life, and I’m here to help you do the same.
