REIKI TRAINING + CERTIFICATION

Reiki is a sacred Japanese healing modality. Reiki can transform your life as is stimulates personal and spiritual growth, encourages healing changes in lifestyle, increases inspiration and intuition, and brings about realizations of our deeper spiritual nature, which can be powerful and life-changing.

Reiki truly changed my life and expedited my spiritual journey and growth. Since Reiki has had such a profound impact on my life, I am truly honored and grateful to pass this sacred healing art to others. I believe with all my heart that every person should be attuned to at least Reiki Level 1 so you can share this beautiful, divine healing energy with yourself, your children, and your animals.

My Reiki teachings are infused with what I’ve learned through my teachers, spirit, and from 5 years of working with hundreds of private clients.

I teach both Usui Reiki Ryoho (traditional Reiki) and Usui Tibetan (Western) so you will be attuned and certified in both! Most teachers and trainings only include one style of Reiki.

Level I - Self Healing

The focus of Level 1 is opening the energy channels and connecting to Reiki for self-healing. It's imperative that you spend time connecting with Reiki energy and performing self-treatments before moving on to Reiki Level 2 Okuden where you learn how to share Reiki with others.

This one-day training + certification course includes:

  • Opening Sacred Space + Intention

  • Overview + History of Reiki

  • Sharing Reiki

  • Usui Reiki Ryoho Attunement

  • Usui Tibetan Attunement

  • Overview of Chakras + Aura

  • The 5 Reiki Precepts

  • Protection Practices

  • Reiki Meditations + Treatments

  • Hand Positions for Self-Healing

Each student will receive a Reiki 1 manual, 2 sacred reijus (ceremonial attunements), and a printed certificate.

Level 2 - Healing for Others

Reiki Level 2 Okuden (healing for others) is the continuation of the Reiki journey and deepens your understanding of this practice to prepare you to conduct sessions with others.

This one-day training + certification course includes:

  • Review of Level I

  • Intro to Reiki symbols (power, emotional and distance)

  • Reiki techniques using the symbols

  • Intuitive development

  • How to prep and guide a Reiki session for others (in-person and distance)

  • How to start a Reiki business

  • Other Reiki concepts

  • Hands-on practice sessions on other students

Each student will receive a Reiki 2 manual, 2 sacred reijus (ceremonial attunements), and a printed certificate.

Private 1:1 or Group Trainings

Private 1:1 and small group trainings up to 5ppl can be booked in-person and online via zoom.

Private trainings are ideal for those looking for a more intimate experience or for those that are unable to join group trainings due to scheduling.
