NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance must be paid in full by February 15, 2023.
SINGLE OCCUPANCY VS DOUBLE OCCUPANCY
Single occupancy is for a single person per bed whereas double occupancy means two people share a bed. We encourage you to bring a friend and share a bed to take advantage of the lower double occupancy rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We realize that things heppen that are out of your control. If you are unable to attend, please let us know immediately. We will consider issuing a refund, but only if we are able to find someone to take your spot.
